Theodotos Synagogue Inscription Reproduction (resin cast). It is about 29 1/2 inches long by 16 inches wide by 1 1/2 inches thick. The inscription is a dedicatory inscription from a synagogue. Written in Greek, it was discovered in Jerusalem by Raimond Weill in 1913. It is almost certainly from the first century, and the suggestion has even been made that it could be from the synagogue of the freedmen (Acts 6).
