Incense Bowl burner. Incense burners were used by the priests, and the High Priest when he went into the Holy of Holies. It is about 2 1/2 inches tall by 3 3/4 inches wide with three 10 inch chains connected at the top so the High Priest would hold the top of the chain and slowly swing the incense burner.
