Hittite Gallery A of Gods Recreation (resin cast about 6 3/4 inches long by 4 inches wide). From the Great Rock Galley Open Air Temple in Yazilikaya, Turkey from 15th to 13th centuries BC. This is the main scene of Gallery A. Teshub the storm god (far left side) is standing on two mountain gods. The first figure facing Teshub is the sun goddess Hepat who is standing on a panther over four mountain peaks. Next is the god Sharruma son of Teshub and Hepat. He is standing on a panther over mountains. Next is Alanzu, the daughter of Teshub and Hapat standing on a double headed eagle. The last figure is the grandchild to Teshub and Hapat. The grandchild has no name and is also standing above the double headed eagle.
